Parish email
The information on this page is intended solely for the use of those people who have been issued a Holy Covenant email account.
Accessing Parish email using a web browser
The easiest way to access your Holy Covenant email is to use a recent version your favourite browser on your smartphone, tablet or computer and point it to:
using these credentials:
- Email address: (your email identity)@holycovenant.org.au
- Password: (your email password)
Having logged in, you have a choice of three different user interfaces, “Horde”, “Roundcube” or “Squirrel Mail”.
“Roundcube” is the suggested choice.
Accessing email from a smartphone, tablet or computer using email client software
Suitable email client software includes Apple Mail, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook, Outlook Express etc.
Using a recent version of your favourite email client software on your smartphone, tablet or computer use the following settings:
- Name: (your personal name)
- Email address: (your email identity)@holycovenant.org.au
- Password: (your email password)
- Protocol: IMAP or POP3
- Mail server: mail.holycovenant.org.au
If you are offered the option of using a secure connection to the mail server it is strongly suggested that you do so.
Specific instructions for setting up email on an Apple iPhone
